Let’s say a certain someone wanted to redecorate her dining room to make it more Farmhouse Chic. There’s really nothing wrong with her dining room except for the fact that maybe she doesn’t like the color of her chairs. She loves the chairs but the color never was right. She thought she could live with them but it something that bugs her every time she looks at them.
In looking for new chairs, this someone started re-designing the room in her head and just had to see it all put together on a mood board. She is pretty happy with the way everything flows together.
The table is the same table that she currently owns, as well as the buffet. She is absolutely happy with both of those pieces. She, however, is toying with the idea of painting her existing buffet white. Since she’s thinking about new chairs, why not choose a new rug to go with it? There have been talks of adding an open etagere with a bracket shelf above. As far as she knows, that’s still the plan, she just doesn’t know when.
She is happy with the wall color but that ceiling needs to be painted a bright white because in case you weren’t aware, grey sucks up any and all natural light that comes into a room. What were the builders & painters thinking?!
She would totally redecorate her dining room like this…..you know, if the money were abundant. But since it is not, she can dream, can’t she?
