With this Keto/Low Carb Meal Plan, I hope to make it easier for those who are wanting to get started or maybe struggling with the Keto lifestyle. In the beginning it can be quite a challenge to figure out what you can and can’t eat. These meal plans are simple and will include links to recipes (if available).
As a family, we typically all eat the same thing. However, I may add or sub certain things for my girls as I do not feel they need to be on a strict keto diet. I also, do not do strict keto ( I discovered I don’t do well on strict keto) but I am much more conscious of what I eat and eat keto/low carb most of the time. I do try to keep our meals as clean as possible.
Keto Meal Plan Week 3
Sunday – Chili Dog Casserole with Steamed Veggies
*This casserole is quick and easy! It’s simply homemade chili and cut up hot dogs mixed in a casserole dish with melted cheese on top. It can be served by itself, in a low carb wrap or on a fathead dough bun.
Monday – Eggroll in a Bowl
*I’m going to try it with grass-fed ground beef this time.
Tuesday – Burritos with Chips & Queso
*Use low carb wraps or make a burrito bowl with cauliflower rice.
Wednesday – Leftovers or Sandwiches/Wraps
Thursday – Jalapeno Popper Chicken with side salad
*Trying this recipe for the first time!
Friday – Eat Out
Saturday – Parmesan Crusted Chicken with roasted zucchini & squash.
Keto/Low Carb Breakfast
Mr. Embellishology and I usually skip breakfast (intermittent fasting) so I don’t include it in our meal plan. If there is a day that we want breakfast, it’s usually eggs and bacon or sausage. Occassionally, I’ll make some low carb waffles. If we have waffles, he will make a breakfast sandwich.
Keto/Low Carb Lunches
For lunches, we usually eat leftovers. I keep lunchmeat, low carb tortillas and salad on hand for days that we don’t have any leftovers.
