This week is the end of our school year and I can’t believe how fast this first year has gone by! My girls have been very fortunate to have amazing pre-k teachers so I wanted to get them a little something to show my appreciation.
It gets HOT here in the summer so I went with an ice cream theme gift.
I found some little wooden crates/baskets at Target in the dollar spot and thought they would be perfect to load up with ice cream goodies. I also grabbed a couple of packages of the treat cups that you can frequently find in the dollar spot…thinking they’d be great for a single dip sundae.
Along with the treat cups I added a jar of hot fudge topping, some cute ice cream spoons, a package of thank you cards (their teachers love these), an ice cream matching game and a gift card to our favorite local ice cream store.
To finish it off I designed a little tag that says “Thank you for making this year scoops of fun!”
